Arrested Person: Joseph Andrew Ash of Bonne Terre, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 07-09-1984, was arrested on warrants out of the Bonne Terre for passing bad checks.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $900.00. 

 

Arrested Person: Logan David Kirby of Festus, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 01-03-1981 was arrested on warrants out of Festus for failing to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.  

 

The warrants had a no bond and $575.00.

 

Arrested Person: Sheila Marie Joggerst of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/F, DOB: 12-16-1957 was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the charges of driving while intoxicated, RSMo 577.010, a Class A Misdemeanor, Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, RSMo 195.233, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of a synthetic cannabinoid, RSMo 195.202, a Class C Felony.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Inman with a bond set at $10,000.00.
