--Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

Bond was set at $2500.00 cash or surety with 10% allowed.

Marshall, Mark Stephen W/M DOB: 07/08/1960 of St. Louis MO was arrested on a Warrant through Cape Girardeau County on the following charge:

-Delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana

Bond was set at $20,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Arrested Person:

Walker, Archie Lee Jr. W/M DOB: 4/26/1977 of Ellsinore MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant through Cape Girardeau County on the original charge of Failure to wear of a safety belt.  Bond was set at $50.00 cash only.

Genevieve County Sheriff's Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
