Genevieve County on the charges of Possession of a controlled substance Except 35 grams or less of marijuana and Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.

McClintock, Forrest Allen W/M DOB: 03/02/1974 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Francois County on the original charge of Dangerous Drugs.  Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

 

Arrested Person:

Carroll, Emma Kay W/F DOB: 09/26/1998 of St. Mary MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Festus Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Offense.  Personal Recognizance bond was issued.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Festus Police Department on the original charge of Failed to register a motor vehicle.  Personal Recognizance bond was issued.

-Warrant through Festus Police Department on the charge of Failed to maintain financial responsibility.  Personal Recognizance bond was issued.

Krafft, Bradley Douglas W/M DOB: 10/13/1994 of Florissant MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Resisting/Interfering with arrest

Genevieve County Sheriff's Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
