Casteel, Steven Lewis W/M DOB: 4/07/1973 of Bismarck MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charges of Possession of a controlled substance and Unlawful Possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety.
