-Class D Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana//Synthetic Cannabinoid

-Class C Misdemeanor Failure to place Vehicle not in motion as near right hand side of highway as practicable.

Bond was set at $25,000.00 surety bond allowed. No 10% allowed.
