Genevieve County on the original charge of Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Class A Misdemeanor Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000.00.  Surety is allowed.  No 10% allowed.

Zilafro, Cheyenna Elaine W/F DOB: 10/24/1996 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class D Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $200.00 cash only.

Eads, Chad Mitchell W/M DOB: 2/11/1975 of Poplar Bluff MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Class D Felony Burglary-2nd Degree

-Class D Felony Stealing-Firearm/Explosive Weapon/Ammonium Nitrate

-Class D Felony Stealing-Controlled Substance/Meth Manufacturing Material

-Class D Felony Stealing-$750 or more

Bond was set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Spangler, Daniel Joseph W/M DOB: 1/24/1980 of Farmington MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charges of Class D Felony Burglary-2nd Degree and Class D Misdemeanor Stealing.  Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

-Probation Violation Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class D Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance

Bond was set at $25,000. Surety is allowed. No 10% allowed.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
