Arrested Person

William Edward Binkinz Jr., W/M DOB 12-19-64 of Desoto, Missouri was arrested on a body attachment warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on ordered court date for child support.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $5,000.00.

 

Arrested Person

Jerry L. Burnett, B/F DOB 07-01-72 of St. Louis, Missouri was arrested on three failure to appear warrants through Ste. Genevieve County for the original chargers of operating motor vehicle without maintain financial responsibility, displaying plates of another person and exceeding posted speed limit.

 

The warrants were issued by the Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber with a total bond set at $766.00.

 

 

 

Arrested Person

Justin  Lee Jones, W/M DOB 06-06-81 of Desoto, Missouri was arrested on a failure to appear warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for the original charge of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber with a bond set at $343.50.

 

Arrested Person

Thomas Lee Welch, W/M DOB 05-11-91 of Festus, Missouri was arrested on a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for driving while intoxicated, minor visibly intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner involving an accident.

 

The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Raymond M. Weber with a bond set at $5,000.00.

 

Arrested Person

Amanda Michelle Blake, W/F DOB 12-31-85 of Farmington, Missouri was arrested on a failure to appear warrant through Franklin County for the original charge of Assault 3rd.

 

The warrant had a bond set at $2,500.00.
