Arrested Person

Jason Alan Chance of Festus, Missouri, W/M DOB 01-27-76 was arrested for a probation violation warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for the charge of theft/stealing of any credit device. 

 

The warrant had a bond was set at $25,000.00

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
