Warrant through Cass County Sheriff’s Office on the following charges:

-Failure to Keep Record.  Bond was set at $250.

-Failure to Register Vehicle. Bond was set at $250.

Jocelyn I. Vogel, W/F DOB: 1/29/1989 stated to be a homeless person, was arrested on a

Warrant through Colorado Springs CO on the charge of Trespassing. No bond allowed.

Steven Royce McDonald, W/M DOB: 05/05/1981 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a

Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Class C Felony Possession of Controlled Substance

--Class A Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Bond was set at $20,000.

Carly Noelle Rushing, W/F DOB: 7/06/1983 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a

Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

--Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance

--Class A Misdemeanor Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia

Bond was set at $20,000.

Daniel Christopher Smith, W/M DOB: 12/22/1987 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested

on a Warrant through Wayne County on the charge of Non-Support.  Bond was set at

$1000.

Shaun Dustin Gayton, W/M DOB: 8/04/1985 stated to be a homeless person, was

arrested on a Warrant through Colorado Springs CO on the charge of Possession of

Burglary Tools.  No Bond allowed.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
