Genevieve County on the following charges: --Class B Felony Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture or Attempt to or Possess with intent to Dist/Del/Man/Produce to controlled substance -- 4 Counts of Class C Felony Possession Chemicals with intent to Manufacture --Class D Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia—Amphetamine/ Methamphetamine Bond was set at $50,000. Arrested Person James Kenneth Govero Jr., W/M DOB: 5/29/1973 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant. No bond allowed. Arrested Person Michael Lee Byington, W/M DOB: 11/03/1995 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Fredericktown Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Violations.
