--Failure to Appear Warrant through Arnold Police Department on the original charge of Shoplifting. Bond was set at $150.

--Failure to Appear Warrant through Arnold Police Department on the original charge of Traffic Violation. Bond was set at $150.

Jason Douglas Malawey, W/M DOB: 09/14/1996 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on the following Ste. Genevieve County Warrants:

--Class A Felony Charge of Distributing a Controlled Substance near School

--Class A Misdemeanor charge of Possession of up to 35 grams Marijuana

--Class A Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia

Bond was set at $5000.

Patricia Lynn Martin, W/F DOB: 09/13/1969 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve on the original charge of DWI-Prior Offender.  No bond allowed.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
