Todd Francis Plopper,  W/M DOB 08-24-72, of French Village, MO was arrested on the charge of Felony Driving While Revoked.  A warrant was issued with a bond set at $5,000.00.

Robert Gael Bowen, W/M DOB 03-08-78, of Ste. Genevieve, MO was arrested on failure to appear warrant for no insurance.  The warrant had a bond set at $250.00.

Terry Allen Zoppe, W/M DOB 06-21-73, of Paragould, AR was arrested on the charge of Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid.  Zoppe was released on criminal summonses.

Edlan Develle Jones, B/M DOB 05-25-64 of St. Louis, MO was arrested on a Cole County Warrant for failing to appear on the original charge of Passing Bad Checks.  The warrant had a bond set at $200.00.
