Steven Charles Seabaugh, W/M DOB 11-09-69 of Cape Girardeau, MO was arrested on a Probation Violation warrant through Cape Girardeau County MO for the original charge of 2 Felony Counts of possession of a controlled substance.  The bond on the warrant was set at $25,000.
