Arrested Person: Paul Herman Vestal of Hillsboro, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 07-12-1960, was arrested on warrants out of Festus P.D., DeSoto P.D., and Jefferson County for failing to appear on the charges of driving while suspended, violation of release – default in payment, and failed to register as a sex offender.

 

The warrants had a total bond set at $3,787.50.
