Amanda Leigh Turlin, W/F DOB 03-05-90, of St. Mary, MO was arrested for the charge of statutory sodomy 2nd degree.  A warrant was issued with the bond set at $10,000.00.

Robert William Burd, W/M DOB 01-21-65, of St. Mary, MO was arrested for the charge of statutory sodomy 2nd degree.  A warrant was issued with the bond set at $10,000.00.  He was also arrested for a City of Ste. Genevieve failure to appear warrant on the original charge of domestic assault.  The warrant had a bond set at $123.50.

Darla M. Drury, W/F DOB 09-07-76, of St. Mary, MO was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County failure to appear warrant for the original charge of animal abuse.  The warrant had a bond set at $250.00.

Jessica Crystal Ferrell, W/F DOB 10-30-88, of Ste. Genevieve, MO was arrested on a St. Louis Metropolitan warrant for the charge of possession of a controlled substance.  The warrant had a personal recognizance bond.

This is a partial listing of activity investigated by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional information is encouraged to call the Sheriff’s Office with any information you may have.  Again, each and every suspect is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
