Rebecca Ilene Rosenbaugh, W/F DOB 07-21-73, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo, was arrested for a Ste. Genevieve County Warrant for the charge of Possession of Controlled Substance and Theft/Stealing less than $500.
The warrant had a bond set at $10,000.00.

Randall Eugene Mowder, W/M DOB 12-04-88, of Park Hills, Mo, was arrested for the following warrants:
City of Farmington- Failure to Appear on Traffic charge- Bond set at $1,515.00.
City of Park Hills- Failure to Appear on Larceny and Trespass- Bond set at $1,000.00.
City of Desloge- Failure to Appear on Drug Paraphernalia- Bond set at $1,548.00.
