was arrested on a warrant out of Arnold for failing to appear on forgery charges.

Arrested Person: Amy Lynn Delacruz of Farmington, Missouri, W/F, DOB: 01-12-
1983, was arrested on warrants out of Bonne Terre Jefferson County for failing to appear
on traffic offenses.

The warrants had a total bond set at $1,264.00.

Arrested Person: Samuel Dean Province of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 01-
04-1987, was arrested on a warrant out of DeSoto for failing to appear on the original
charge of disorderly conduct.

The warrant had a bond set at $125.50.

Arrested Person: Gerald Bernard French of St. Louis, Missouri, B/M, DOB: 01-04-
1992, was arrested on a warrant out of Callaway County for failing to appear on the
original charge of driving while suspended.

Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel,
rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the
defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court
of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional
