Tommy Lee Stegall, W/M DOB 06-07-69, of Festus, MO was arrested for a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of Peace Disturbance.  The warrant had a bond set at $500.00.

Steven Bruce Thebeau, W/M DOB 12-04-60, of Festus, MO was arrested for a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of Peace Disturbance.  The warrant had a bond set at $200.00.

Brian Glennon Levy, W/M DOB 09-14-73, of Ste. Genevieve was arrested for a warrant through Ste. Genevieve County for failing to appear on the original charge of Fail To Register Motor Vehicle.  The warrant had a bond set at $ 108.00.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
