-Failure to Register as a sex offender.

-Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st offense.

-Following another vehicle too closely

-Exceeded Posted Speed Limit

-Owner Operated motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.

-Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.

Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

Evans, Shawn Tyler W/M DOB: 11/11/2000 of St. Mary MO was arrested on the following Warrants:

-Failure to appear warrant through Probation and Parole on the original charge of Dangerous Drugs.  Bond was set at $5,000.00 cash or surety.

-Probation and Parole violation warrant on the charge of a hit and run.  Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety with no 10% allowed.

-Probation and Parole violation warrant on the charge of 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and resisting/interfering with arrest.  Bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety with no 10% allowed.

Genevieve County Sheriff's Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
