Kyle Anthony Guinn, W/M DOB: 2/04/1992 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of No Insurance. Bond was set at $250.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Property Damage-2nd Degree.  Bond was set at $600.

-Failure to Appear Warrant through Troy Police Department in Illinois on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. No Bond allowed.
