-Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance Except for 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana.

-Class A Misdemeanor Possession of up to 35 Grams of Marijuana

Bond was set at $5,000.

John Andrew Hagerty, W/M DOB: 10/03/1986 of Farmington MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Farmington Police Department on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $396.

Genevieve County on the following original charge of Class D Felony Possession of any Methamphetamine Precursor Drug with Intent to Manufacture Amphetamine, Methamphetamine or any of their Analogs.
