-Class C Misdemeanor Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (by 11-15mph)

Janet Marie Hale, W/F DOB: 5/17/1979 of French Village MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Francis County on the original charge of Traffic Offense. Bond was set at $739.

Timothy Daniel Burnham, W/M DOB: 12/02/1984 of French Village MO was arrested on Probation Violation Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the original charge of Class C Felony Burglary-2nd Degree.  Bond was set at $30,000.

Eric James Reed, W/M DOB: 9/11/1986 of Romeoville, IL was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:

-Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance

-Misdemeanor charge of Operating a Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License-1st Offense.

-Class C Misdemeanor Failure to Drive Within Right Lane of Hwy With 2 or more Lanes in same direction.

Bond was set at $40,000.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
