Mr. Barton was also arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the charge of Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $25,000.

-Class C Felony Theft/Stealing of any Credit Card or Letter of Credit

-2 Counts of Class A Misdemeanor charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device

Bond was set at $35,000.
