Daniel Andrew Ward, W/M DOB: 6/22/1981 of Bloomsdale MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through Jefferson County on the original charge of a Traffic Offense. Bond was set at $106.50.

 

Arrested Person

Timothy John King, W/M DOB: 6/06/1966 of DeSoto MO was arrested on a Warrant through Arnold Police Department on the charge of Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle. No bond allowed.  He was also charged with the following offenses through Ste. Genevieve County:

 

Possession of a Controlled Substance

Driving While Intoxicated

Driving While Revoked

Resisting Arrest

Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.

A warrant was issued for the above charges with a bond set at $40,000.

Ashley Marie Ackman, W/F DOB: 1/06/1987 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County Warrant on the following charges:

--Class C Felony Possession of Controlled Substance

--Class A Misdemeanor charge of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia

Bond was set at $5000.

Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office.  Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel, rather calls for service only.  Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
