Arrested Person: David Christopher Majtas of St. Louis, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 12-19-
1987, was arrested on a warrant out of Crystal City for failing to appear on the charge of
traffic violations.

The warrant had a bond set at $300.00.

Arrested Person: Terry Nathaniel Fletcher of Crystal City, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 03-
15-1988, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for probation violations
on the original charges of theft / stealing and possession of marijuana.

The warrants were issued by the Honorable Judge Kenneth Pratte with a bond set at
$25,000.00.

Arrested Person: William Dargas of East Prairie, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 01-13-1969,
was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County and Lafayette County for traffic
offenses.

The warrants had a total bonds set at $424.00.

Arrested Person: Matthew Scott Brown of St. Mary, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 11-11-1985,
was arrested on a warrant out of Butler County for driving while intoxicated.

The warrant had a bond set at $2,500.00.

Arrested Person: Justin Lee Aubuchon of Farmington, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 03-15-
1989, was arrested on a warrant out of St Francois County for passing bad checks.

The warrants had a bond set at $2,500.00.

Office. Except for arrests this report does not reflect actions initiated by our personnel,
rather calls for service only. Also, a criminal charge is merely an allegation and the
defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court
of law. Some cases are currently under investigation; any citizen with additional
